Made a reservation on open table. Restaurant said it didn’t work! Seated at a horrible table, moved to the bar. Restaurant was freezing. Bartender didn’t know how to Make a drink. He was the mgr? Horrible everyone was inept.

A great experience I accidentally left my cell phone there. The staff totally took care of me and my left belongings. I appreciate their courtesy, their professionalism and the food was fantastic. Thank you.

The “crispy” eggplant was soggy in both of our dishes, eating vegetarian at regular restaurants is always challenging, so we’ve ordered this crispy eggplant in grapevine TX and it was delicious. After returning the dish, the manager did comp that dish but she never came to our table to apologize or offer any explanation! Waitress was very good but apparently overworked, so we left a hefty tip for her troubles.

Nice dinner. We arrived late and the dining room wasn’t busy. Attentive service, large portions and good flavor. Enjoyed the meal and had lots of leftovers!

Enjoyed dining here. Staff were friendly and very courteous. Very attentive server and the food was excellent.

We usually love going to P.F. Chang’s but this location was really bad. Lettuce wraps- chicken was way overcooked, wonton soup was bad, eggplant dish was mushy. Weren’t allowed to sit at the bar while waiting for our table because bar was understaffed and bartender was overwhelmed. Really disappointing night out that we had been looking forward to.

They didn't have the reservation via open table and said it would be awhile. Then sat us and it was 20 minutes Bettye drinks arrived. This location has terrible customer service. Food and drinks where good once it arrived

Open Table did not work. We got there and they did not have our reservation even though it was confirmed in my email. They did tell me it would be a 45 minutes wait. My husband stayed but I ran an errand and then it only ended up being a 10 minute wait. Our waitress was excellent along with the food.
