This last experience was the least satisfying of all our previous visits to P. F. Chang’s. Granted, it was a busy Saturday night, but some things were just off. The Open Table reservation for 3 was a reservation for 2 when we checked in and the reception was a bit short on the level of hospitality and grace we’ve experienced in the past. Food was great for two out of three of us - bland for one. Noise level was high, but we should not have been surprised. We’ll give it a break and return maybe in a few months.

Disappointed in PF Chang. We’ve been going there for years. Always loved the menu. In the last 6 months they’ve discontinued almost all the items we love and which in our opinion made it stand out. They’re trying to make it more cross culturally Asian. Now the menu is boring. The big thing they’re coming out with is Korean fries chicken… Woopee! No more eggplant, no more shrimp with lobster sauce, no more slaw even with the BBQ ribs( Cheaping out), no more duck. Just boring after boring, the beef dishes are just a copy of the chicken dishes… no imagination there. Don’t even get hot towels anymore with the ribs. Come on!! Going to have to go back to what was good instead of trying to rebrand. You better rethink what you’re offering. And by the way, we eat all over the country at some of the best restaurants We e always considered this location in Ft. Myers one of our staples. Not sure about it anymore. Too bad!

PF Changs food is always outstanding and the drinks were good. They were a bit busy so the service was a little slow but overall a great experience.

The restaurant needs remolding as tables needed to be replaced due to markings on the tables tops and stability of the tables was made by placing napkins under legs. The waitresses service was slow and seemed bored and hardly smiled. The woman seating us was unfriendly and worried about placing all parties in one area while other areas had few patrons in them. Additionally the lighting was extremely bright which also helped to show old fixtures. It wasn’t an appetizing or friendly environment.

They need to offer more items that have NO flour covering. Even the gluten free gave me a stomach ache.

We loved the food and the service was great. Wishing they didn’t change the sauce for the lettuce wraps though.
