Reservation was at 5:45pm for 6 people. We’ve been here many times but this experience was atrocious. We immediately ordered drinks and appetizers. Once the appetizers arrived we ordered our main course. Around that same time a table of 10 people were sat next to us. We waited over an hour and after we asked about our food multiple times and told different stories each time, ultimately we were asked what we ordered again and told the kitchen was trying to plate the trays properly. A few minutes went by and the large table next to us that ordered well after us received their meals. I immediately got up and asked for the manager. The manager had zero clue that we had waited this long. Within a few minutes of talking to him our food came out. We truly believe the server forgot to put our order in and was trying to blame the kitchen. We are extremely disappointed in this level of service. We just wanted our food and didn’t care to get anything comped. Do better!

We decided last minute to go out to dinner on New Year Eve. Fortunately, PF Changs had reservations available for our time slot. When we arrived, the hostess was very kind, and we did not have to wait long to be seated. Once seated, our waitress immediately approached us to take our drink order. To start off we decided to order some drinks right away and a couple of appetizers. The apprizers came out quickly and way before our drinks. It took close to 20 minutes before our drinks hit the table. The waitress approached us a couple of times and apologized for the wait. After finishing our appetizers and first round, we ordered dinner. Waiting to order was a huge mistake. It took well over an hour before we received our meals. It came to a point where we questioned leaving and canceling our order, but we decided to stick it out. We ordered the honey garlic chicken and Mongolian chicken. The Mongolian chicken was perfect, and the plate was cleared (with no leftovers)! However, the honey garlic chicken was way off. It tasted like honey GINGER chicken (I hate ginger) as the dish had a strong ginger profile. I ordered this meal a dozen times, and it never tasted like ginger. Knowing the kitchen was super backed up, we decided not to say anything. The waitress was clearly frustrated that the food from the kitchen was not coming out fast enough, and we didn't want to burden her further. Instead, we didn't eat it, we packed it up, and took it home. While the service was excellent, and we enjoyed our time, the food took forever and was not made correctly. Unfortunately, this is the third time in a row we have eaten here and had issues with the timing and accuracy of the food. It will be a while before we go back.

When we arrived the lady at the host stand told us even though we had a reservation we still would have to wait because they were packed because of the new year. She told us we could wait in the bar but didn’t tell us how she would find us when a table was ready. I had to go back and ask a couple of times how she would find us. The second time she said I just called you but I’m not sure how she did it. Loud Resturant and nothing on my phone. It just wasn’t the experience I was expecting.

Was seated…sat there for 15 min, nobody ever came to the table, so I left.

Everything was very good except the crispy honey chicken. They had a soft chewy texture, certainly not crispy. I’m thinking they’re packaged already and just reheated.

It is also amazing. Our favorite is Mongolian beef. We usually order fried rice and wonton soup to go with it.

Theresa did an excellent service job. Recommended a substitute for the Sea Salt Prawns. New fiecrack shrimp.
