Ordered Mongolian beef (way too sweet ) kung pao chicken (flavorless) and pad Thai (pretty good) Crab wontons - over done so cri st my hard to eat but filling was good) and pan fried dumplings which were very good, Server was good Honestly the food tasted lie it was prepared from frozen

The food and service was not upto the mark. It was bland and the server was not efficient. However the place was not at all crowded.

When we got there there was no record of the reservation. The hostess said it happens with Open Table all the time. She quickly got us in. The food was good, and everyone was very attentive.

It was a disappointing experience. Food was only ok. Had to ask for sauces. Server went missing for a very long time. Was charged in error. Luckily the manager corrected the check. Wonder how many people are unaware they are being overcharged. I won’t be back.

The place has gone down hill. The quality of the food & the service left alot to be desired. The price wasn’t worth the experience at all.

We were seated at 5:30 and the place wasn't busy so we had fast service and the noise level was low. We haven’t been to PF Chang in a while and we noticed that they serve the lettuce wraps with only a peanut sauce option. It used to come with 3 sauces which you could mix to make your own sauce. We also noticed that they no longer serve orange beef which was our favorite. The low mein was a little bland. But, overall, however, food was good and we had a nice dining experience.

Very Evident Shrinkflation. Please bring the regular/original Veg Lettuce Wraps recipe back. David from SC in the VA location was thorough, thoughtful and a welcome change to the service. Thank you David.

Appetizer vegetable spring rolls were delicious. Then we waited over 30 minutes for entrees. Server asked if I wanted lemon in my water twice but it never came. Honey glazed shrimp was soggy and way too sweet. Salmon was overcooked and dry. Side lo me in didn’t arrive until entrees were almost done. Terrible experience
