The food was excellent, and the quality of service was beyond compared. It was a very nice place to eat.

We were very dissatisfied with the food that we received. The lettuce wraps have changed and the salmon is as slightly overcooked. The waiter was good, however the person delivering the food basically plopped down our food and left. We had to ask another waiter for side plates for the messy lettuce wraps. We will re—think dining there again.

We were seated right away in a booth as I had requested for my husband‘s birthday. Lexi was our server and she was just great. Food was delicious. Price was just right.

Great place to eat food is always outstanding. We had a wonderful waitress. Awesome place. We will come again next time we are in Eugene

We had a reservation for 6:30 PM. I understand that it was parents weekend and homecoming not only for UO but also for a local Eugene high school. The restaurant was unusually busy. That being said, a reservation is a reservation. It took them almost an hour to seat us. The restaurant should have anticipated the high volume and turned away guests without a reservation or at least given those with reservations priority seating. Frustrating waiting outside for almost an hour in the rain. The manager was apologetic, but extremely frazzled. We are no strangers to P.F. Chang’s. We often dine at P.F. Chang’s in our own city as well as abroad. Prices have gotten higher than it is worth in my opinion.

Dined here for Parents weekend. Food was good and portions were generous. Made a reservation and seated approx 10 mins late because it was so busy.

Waited for an hour for a reservation we had at 7. By 8 the table still wasn’t ready. Terrible service. Lady at the front was mean.

We made a reservation for our son‘s birthday. The place was practically empty. It took about 12 minutes to be seated at a table. So ,they told us to wait and we stepped inside the bar just in the entryway to watch the football on TV behind the bar. the bartender was very rude, telling us we couldn’t be there unless our son was 21. That’s why we were there to celebrate his 21st birthday. We were just waiting for the table and we were standing in the entry door area. She was just very rude. The waiter and staff at the table we’re all professional, helpful, and polite, I would give them five stars.

Brussel sprouts are bad, nobody liked them out of 6 people. Sent them back. Veggie lettuce wraps are now with deep fried tofu, yuck. Used to be good. Chicken lettuce wraps were good. Crab puffs tasted like fake krab. Service was very good though, but food.. not worth the price.
