Our server was very good. Waited an unusual length of time for our entrees in a restaurant that was not busy at 4:30. When my salmon arrived "it just came off the grill" was room temperature to cold. Same for the vegetables. My husband's sweet and sour chicken was the temperature it should be, hot.

PF Chang’s does not recognize Open Table. Although I made reservations on the App, I had to put my name on this list and wait 30 mins to be seated for a party of 5.

My friend and I made a reservation at the last minute food inner. The food was amazing and the service was even better. We cannot wait to go back soon!!!

Horrible slow service from the kitchen! Not the waitress , she was great. Sushi took forever!! Way to dark in their can’t even see the menu.

Very disappointed . We loved Pf Chang. Not anymore. Food was burned and greasy. I mean greasy. Calamari were swimming in oil. A little of breading and no calamari’s. Good buy PF Cheng’s.I don’t know if that was different cook, but December 7th. - the food was horrible.

The music was too loud which I don’t understand. People are going out for an evening meal. I had trouble hearing my dinner partner. Other than that the service was good. However, we had a reservation for 2 at 6pm, arrived 5 minutes early, but were kit seated until 6:15.
