It’s been quite a while since we went to any PF Chang’s, but we decided to give it a try again. The 3-course mix-n-match deal was perfect for us because we got to each have what we wanted without breaking the bank. Our server was pleasant & attentive, too. Food was consistent and plentiful.

The food was very good, however, the service seemed to be a little unorganized at first. The appetizers came before the starter was finished. We had them take them bake until ready then they came back cold. Our waitress was very good but we got the sense they did not have enough staff. Not all entree’s were taken initially and we had to call the waitress back. I think they need more staff, we like this place and will go back.

Food is always good and service is good just don’t go if you want to have a conversation. The volume of the music was closer to a disco than a restaurant. I asked 5-6 times if they could lower the music so we could talk without yelling but no change.

Excellent service and food was delicious. My daughter has Celiac and they offered gluten free options and she didn’t get sick!

It was hot inside the restaurant the food was subpar the service was great will not be going back.

Food was pretty good. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps as an app and we were brought tofu instead, which I didn’t realize until later (just thought the chicken tasted a little strange). The waitress apologized for the mishap and said it was her fault, offered the chicken ones but we were full by then. I enjoyed the egg drop soup but my husband didn’t care for the hot and sour one.

Had amazing service the food was very goood but not outstanding value was good for the ambience and service if the food was outstanding it might of been better

While the meal was delicious, several factors could not be overlooked. We were seated next to a door that went to the outside dining area. The door was open and closed at at least 25 times with extreme wind blowing everything in our table. The wind was so strong that it blew the napkins off of our laps. This also had an impact on the temperature of the food with those gushes of wind coming in. That clearly impacted the ambience. The server took a long time to bring knives to the table, and we requested the sauces the way they used to be served. The sauces took quite a while, but there was no mixture or mixture bowl at the table. All of these things created delays service. While this may be the new norm, this is a clear difference in pre-and post-pandemic dining.
