Consistency and taste of food have shifted significantly. Overcooked, and apologetic but twice in a row (2 trips, 3 weeks apart) and exactly the same issues. Was one of our favorites, but now extremely over priced for the quality you get.

This used to be one of our absolute favorite restaurants to go to. The last time we were there, service was slow and the food wasn't up to normal standards. We thought maybe it was just a one-time thing, so we made reservations for Father's Day. We got there there half a dozen, at most, parties dining there. We were seated immediately, but then waited almost 20 minutes for a server to even come by the table and acknowledge us. Drinks took another 10 to 15 minutes to get, once we ordered them. Food came out in the next 10 minutes or so. We were totally disappointed. The honey chicken was on the sweetness level of sweet and sour chicken. The Mongolian beef was overly sweet. The vegetable lo mein smelled awful. These are the same meals we always get, so we were truly disappointed. We will not be back anytime soon.

We were served hot and sour soup that tasted like dishwater. Seriously. The server went back to the kitchen and tasted it. Apparently, the cooks had to throw it out and start over. I’ve always enjoyed their fried rice, but this wasn’t what I remember. Was kind of dried out without a lot of flavor. Sweet and sour chicken was ok. The service was excellent, but I think the guy was embarrassed. What’s happened there??

I arrived 5 minutes before my reservation at 6:00 they somehow could to find my reservation. The restaurant was not crowded so I was seated immediately. I ordered a glass of Sangria and some Edamame which I received right away. I then ordered my entrée which was the Changs Chicken with white rice. I sat and waiting for over an hour. Other patrons came and sat long after to my right, my left and across from me and they all got their food and I still had not received my meal. When I asked about at 7:15, I was told there was a mix up in the kitchen - I asked for the check which was $22.08. I paid for my check and asked for a manager. Th story I got was that it was busy and they were very apologetic. This was Mother's Day, I was having diner along because my family was traveling. The managers told me they wanted to give me a gift card but they had none available could take my information to send me one which again I think is terrible way to treat a patron. This will be my last time going to PF Changs, there seems to always something going on there that is the reason for the poor service. This was a horrible experience.

Two of the last three times we have been there the food was bad. We both got chicken dishes on this trip, though not the same one. The chicken was mushy like it was cooked yesterday and the rice was terrible. Also, the pork egg rolls were not good. I remember when this was an excellent restaurant. It is a shame what it has become. I will not return.

The ambience is nice. The waiter was on the ball and fast. The appetizer wrap and chicken was very good. The Mongolian beef and rice was good too. The chocolate cake was huge and delicious.

We went as a group of 6 before a play. We were sat at our reservation time. Service was great. The food was plenty and came fast. I will be coming back.

We had a reservation for 6. When the first two people arrived and told them we had a reservation, the hostess tried to seat them at a very small table, because apparently she never checked the reservation. As far as the food goes, a lot of it was cold and not up to the quality I expect from this restaurant. Have eaten here before, and the quality has definitely declined. Given the high price of this restaurant, I expect a lot better.
