The new menu changes are disappointing. The value meals looks lukewarm and good deal. But the soups were watered down, the lo mein was greasy and the new teriyaki chicken was OK. We are sad the shrimp with lobster sauce was removed. We took the uneaten food home, but it smelled unappetizing the next day, so we threw it away. Bring back the old menu

The waitress was friendly while providing excellent service even though the restaurant was very full. The food we ordered was delicious.

Honey chicken and shrimp was just “off”…not a lot of flavor ….Korean dry rub rib appetizer was good but Luke warm…not great. Our server was fantastic. The food, “meh”. Disappointing.

Our meal was as good as always. Service was adequate but the restaurant needs cleaning and a major refresh. Floor, tables and seats are visibly worn and need upgrading.

Hostess was horrendous. She sat people who were walk-ins and made my fiancé and I sit there a wait even though we had a reservation but had shown up FIVE minutes early. One could even consider that a courtesy. But instead we sat and waited while people came in the door after us and were seated before us.

We love PF Chang’s in Chesterfield! The food is always amazing. My favorites are the pot stickers (seared dumplings) appetizer. This time it was very spicy. They changed the way they do the sauce. I hope they return to the original way. We had superior service. Loved the beef with Broccoli! And the dumplings were good, just too hot for me.
