P.F. Chang’s was the normal P.F. Chang’s. It was good. You kinda know what you get when you’re getting there.

This restaurant is in a great location. I always enjoy the area. The food was good, we had great service, the value was great for what you get.

The service and food was exceptional. You won’t mind tipping. Great place to eat with awesome deals and tasty cocktails.

The food was poor flavor, over cooked. The table was sticky and the place appeared unkept. I will not go back

Service was not pleasant this time around. It took a long time for the waiter to get our drinks and the food to come out. Hopefully this was an abnormal circumstance

The waitress was rude. She forgot our drinks. I food arrived and we still didn't have napkins or silverware. When we asked for them to eat our food, we were told they were rolling them as fast as they can. My kids ate their shrimp and rice with their hands. My wife and I used the serving spoons which was embarrassing and difficult. They brought us square drink napkins from the bar to use as napkins. When it came time to pay, I left the waitress a 5% tip (and regret doing that now). She tossed my card at me and walked away without saying a word. No apologies for the horrible service and no silverware or napkins, nothing. In fact no one ever apologized for it at all. I can't remember having this bad of an experience at a restaurant in a very long time, and we go out to eat 3 or 4 times a week. I'm going to give this location a skip from here out. There is another one in the Charlotte area and they are always excellent (north).

Food was cold and had to send back all of our meals. Very bad and service was slow and very inattentive. Would not recommend.

Dinner at P.F. Chang’s was wonderful. The food was excellent and the waitstaff was awesome. My friend and I spent lots of time catching up and the waiter was very patient. He was attentive but also gave us space. I hadn’t been in years but will hopefully be back soon.
