My family had the absolute worst dining experience yesterday at PF Chang's Southpark Charlotte, NC location. We made a reservation a week in advance to celebrate my mother's 78th birthday. The dismal experience started with a botched reservation that had been confirmed prior to our arrival. We waited 10 minutes for a table to be prepped; another 10 minutes before a server acknowledged us after being seated; 25 minute wait on two drinks from the bar (literally forgot we ordered them) ; 35 minute wait for 4 of the 5 entrees that arrived at the table lukewarm. I then asked our Server (who was excellent) to speak to a manager. The manager, Crystal, arrived at our table and greets us with "what's up", to which I replied "excuse me?". Surely she didn't address me as though we knew each other and hadn't been trained better! Crystal then corrected herself and properly asked how she could help us. I went through the issues with her to which she decided to comp our appetizers. The entire interaction was unprofessional and Crystal's manager should review proper customer service etiquette with her immediately! This was the worst dining experience I've had here or anywhere else!

P.F. Chang's quality has went down over the years. It's very sad to see - overpriced and tastless drinks, and flavorless entrees. Our server was excellent though!

The air conditioner was leaking on our table. Looking around it was clear the AC was leaking in dozens of spots and the restaurant knew it as they had towels and signage up. No sure why I was sat at a table clearly in the splash zone but my date asked me to not complain so... Food was good. Server was loud, in that it felt like he was yelling, but personable. The appetizer came out with the soup course which seemed hurried. Noted on the reservation it was for a birthday and no one told my friend "Happy Birthday" Didn't meet my expectations from PFC's

Better than usual! Last couple of dining experiences were just ok but food quality was definitely better this last experience.

It was quick and simple to make our reservations using the OpenTable app. Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were seated immediately and then approached for our drinks/appetizers. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. My Chang’s Spicy Chicken was as good as always and my wife’s Sweet & Sour Chicken was good, as well.

No complaints about the food or service. However, didn’t like the where our table was located. Even though the restaurant was not full we were seated at the table that seemed to be placed in a hallway. People were constantly walking around us to and from the kitchen and restrooms
