P.F. Chang's quality has went down over the years. It's very sad to see - overpriced and tastless drinks, and flavorless entrees. Our server was excellent though!

The air conditioner was leaking on our table. Looking around it was clear the AC was leaking in dozens of spots and the restaurant knew it as they had towels and signage up. No sure why I was sat at a table clearly in the splash zone but my date asked me to not complain so... Food was good. Server was loud, in that it felt like he was yelling, but personable. The appetizer came out with the soup course which seemed hurried. Noted on the reservation it was for a birthday and no one told my friend "Happy Birthday" Didn't meet my expectations from PFC's

Better than usual! Last couple of dining experiences were just ok but food quality was definitely better this last experience.

It was quick and simple to make our reservations using the OpenTable app. Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were seated immediately and then approached for our drinks/appetizers. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. My Chang’s Spicy Chicken was as good as always and my wife’s Sweet & Sour Chicken was good, as well.

No complaints about the food or service. However, didn’t like the where our table was located. Even though the restaurant was not full we were seated at the table that seemed to be placed in a hallway. People were constantly walking around us to and from the kitchen and restrooms

It was my twins birthday, we had the best server his name is Alex! The lettuce wraps were still perfect even though I had not been in two years! The rest of the food was also great and that huge piece of chocolate cake amazing & enough for the four of us to have a little piece and bring the rest home. It’s so big.

PF Chang's Southpark area. We used to be huge fans of P.F.Chang's, however, during the past few months we did not have good experiences (orders mixed up, first courses not coming until dessert, poor service), so we have been absent for a while. Decided last evening, we would try it again. WOW - - I am so glad we did. Our server Cortney came over the table after we were seated and introduced himself and said he was "here to take care of us and serve us." In many instances servers say that, and often it is just paying lip service, but Cortney was very attentive - answered our questions - and provided prompt and courteous service, and paid attention to beverage refills (another missing from many servers). The food was excellent . Needless to say, PF Chang's is back on our "go-to" list. Thank you Cortney.

We love PF Chang's and have always enjoyed this location but something has gone wrong at Phillips Place PFC. It took 40+ minutes to get two entrees and the restaurant wasn't even at 30% capacity -- on a weeknight. Our server was nice, and told us one entree was done but the second one was running behind. There was a 10-15 minute gap between that time and our meal arriving, so that means one entree sat under a heat lamp for at least 10 mins while the tofu dish was being prepared. At check out, payment machine wasn't working so they can to call on a manager. Goodness!

As usual, we had a wonderful experience at P.F. Chang's. Our table was ready when we arrived the food was great but what made the experience especially enjoyable was the exceptional service of our waiter. We will be asking for his section in the future.
