Hadn’t been to Chang’s in a while and I won’t be going back. The prices have gone up quite a bit and the food wasn’t very good. I ordered crispy honey chicken (my favorite) and the taste was bland and old. It seemed like the chicken was from a bad sports bar. The fried rice was oily too. The wife and daughter didn’t eat very much either. I always loved Chang’s but it seems like they’ve lost their touch. The runner who brought the food was awful; she literally tossed the plates on the table both times. I guess she doesn’t realize the difference of setting something down politely and throwing the dish. The waiter was fine

Server Nyce was excellent. The food arrived promptly, it was hot and savory. Overall, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Prices are just a touch high, but that's the way it is in today's economy.

We all ate the pork dumplings and got very sick they tasted bad as well I only had 1 bite so I was the least effected Food seemed as if came out of the freezer I will not be back

Food and service were good as always. The server did a great job of making our daughter feel special for her birthday too

Our waitress, Melissa, was incredible. Even while managing several tables, she was cordial, offered suggestions, kept all our drinks filled, and made sure our experience was top notch. We’ve eaten at this PF Chang location for years and the less than “great” experiences have been few and far between. The food is always the best! That’s some of the reasons we chose to go here for a special family dinner.

The food at PF Changs was excellent, as usual. We were also very happy about how PF Changs manages gluten-free requests. We were showed how the GF items are put in red color bowls to easily identify an item as GF. We had the multi-course feast that was a nice deal. The only negative was that the food was brought out too fast. We didn't have enough time to finish 1 course before the next arrived at the table.
