Bad quality food, very oily, the green tea was cold, we asked the waiter to get us hot tea, it was lukewarm again.

Has a great lunch. Opted for healthier options like light sauce, salad with dressing on the side, and brown rice. Their brown rice is fluffy, not stiff like some ancient grains. Lunch specials are a value, otherwise the food can be expensive. Chelsea was fantastic. She’s friendly, attentive and very competent. Chelsea made us feel welcome and important. I like how they have a nutritional menu to help me make better decisions. Will definitely return for lunch.

I went for a birthday lunch with friend and had a nice time. hostess had absolutely no personality but sat us at the table i requested. lunch has a menu where u can pick a lunch meal from items and do add ons which is what we did. we ordered a soup for one and salad for one - food was good. Almost immediately our entrees almost were delivered. i personally would like hot food but it got cold so i could finish my hot soup. Anyway that was the only glitch in our lunch. My friend was was offered a lovely dessert for her birthday (nice touch). i believe the waiter was newish as we felt rushed. Restaurant was not full so not sure why. We have been going to this restaurant for years but usually sit a bar.

Portions were smaller then in the past. Won ton soup had chili spices in it so our kid didn't like it.

Service was ok server seemed overwhelmed busboy brought food and 15 min no one brought silverware or plates my husband had to get up and get them from another table

First time in the last three years, it was our anniversary. They didn’t have the anniversary table set up like they usually do. As indicated on my reservation. My husband asked for wonton soup, they came out with egg drop soup. They told him they would bring him his wonton soup but never showed up until our dinner showed up then we told them to just bag it. We shouldn’t have been charged for either soup since he didn’t get to eat it and he had to take it home Not the same experience. But they charged us for just the wonton soup, even though it was late. The fried rice wasn’t cooked. Well it was still kind of soggy. My husband asked for a second drink the waitress forgot, and then they brought it towards the end after we were already boxing up our food so just overall not a great experience that night

We made a reservation for 5pm. At 6pm, we were asked to leave because they needed the table. We literally just got done eating. The manager comes over and says, “I know this is rude of me, but we have another party waiting.” I can understand if we were there for 1 1/2 hours, but we JUST got done eating. Two of us still had plates on the table. I’ve never been asked to get up and go. I was there with my parents who I didn’t get to see for Christmas.

The cuisine at PF Changs was excellent! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Her menu suggestions were spot-on for our group family style plate sharing. The ambiance was just so-so. The interior of the restaurant could use an update and seating that invites you to linger.

Service was good, thought food could have been served hotter, went to room temperature very quickly right after delivery to the table.
