Went for my birthday celebration and they made me feel special. The waiter was so attentive and super nice. Thank you to the staff.

PF food continues to decline. From apps to soggy crispy chicken and shrimp to no flavor. Just bad. Rly bad. And, it’s enterprise wide…all locations. Bummer

At first it was terrible; my reservation was for 6:30. I got there at 6:20 and they said it will be closer to 6:30. 6:40 rolls around and they said the party at my table won't leave. So, I suggested to maybe tell them there's another party waiting to be seated there. They finally said something around 7... We were seated at 7:15...FORTY-FIVE MINUTES LATER. They said they would give us 5 desserts for free for the wait and were didn't even get those. On the other hand...Our server James was great! It was my bday and he treated me and my party perfectly! He was quick and informative. He fixed an issue with a dish we had and made a new one. He was full of energy and really made dinner fun. He was a 5 out of 5 stars, the host was 0/5...

We really enjoyed P.F. Chang’s. Our favorite location is in Kierland Commons, in Scottsdale, Arizona. We have a few favorite dishes,beef and broccoli, crispy, shrimp, dumplings, and so much more you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose .

Love the fondue but this is the second time that the green goddess sauce is very bland. It tasted like plain cream cheese. Not sure if it is made in house or not. I even asked for another serving and that one tasted the same. I’m hoping that the recipe hasn’t changed.

It was Valentine's day and I expected it to be very busy and the food to take a long time. To my surprise it did not. Our waiter Will was great and very attentive and the food delicious.

Very busy and a 30 top table came in but we had reservations and our server was great. Kitchen was backed up but he got our apps in and bc of the wait for our entrees gave us soup until they arrived. One of the better if not best experiences I’ve had at the restaurant in years even though extremely busy.

Food was cold and bland. Place was empty and depressing. Expensive for what it is. Local Chinese food it much better. Try Red Pepper.

This location is the closest one that we have to Canada or at least Ontario that I know of. We used to go here a lot when the kids were younger and the food service and ambiance was way better than it is now. The last couple times service has not been great and I understand it’s hard to find good help these days but The thing that was most disappointing was the food The temperature of the food was cold. It was also not as much food as we used to get so they’ve started skipping on the amount of food they give you and the prices have gone up. If you’re going to charge that kind of price for Chinese food, then it should be hot delicious and served by somebody who likes their job Will not be returning and will not be recommending either

Dining room was a bit messy, food was good. Our server forgot about to drinks at the bar for quite some time. Food came out hot and relatively timely.
