Still miss the previous items taken out of the menu e.g Chilean sea bass, shrimp with lobster sauce. More Asian seafood dishes will allow customers more options in dining and favor PF Chang.

PF Changs has been better. The wall right next to the booth had some splashes of liquids and was not clean. Food was okay except the mongolian beef was a bit salty compared to the rest of the times we had eaten there. Appetizers were good and so were the drinks. For the price, its still a good place for a quick eat out. If they can make the restaurant a bit more clean, this will be back being a hot place.

The food and service were good. We dined at the bar around 3:30 pm. They were not busy. Look at your bill closely. We were charged for an appetizer we did not receive. I called and spoke to the manager. She was less than responsive. Almost made me feel in the wrong for calling.

I always come here when I visit Colorado with my sisters. Service is always good, and food, drinks. I will say their menu has been condense. Basically has its best selling entrees. I always make a reservation because on a weekend you can have a long wait times.

PF Changs used to be top notch. No longer. Food was barely warm. Egg drop soup was worst I’ve ever had. Tasted like canned chicken broth without any typical egg drop flavor. Main dishes were worse than frozen food section at grocery store. Nothing seemed freshly stir fried. We had lots of leftovers and this was first time we opted not to take any home. Our server was friendly but stretched too thin (understaffed like most places these days). Prices were ridiculous for the quality of the food. I’ll be sticking with my hole in the wall Chinese restaurant near my house next time.

Had a 6:30 reservation. Checked in, was told they just needed to set our table; however, they also took our name off the list. Thinking that everyone else coming in and being seated had arrived before we did, we waited patiently until we noticed they were seating people with 7:00 reservations. They forgot about us! We were then seated promptly with profuse apologies. Made things better by buying our party appetizers. Staff was totally attentive after that. Everyone makes mistakes, but from now on we will bug the heck out of them if we see people being seated who arrive after we do. When they offer to make things right, they've gained our respect and loyalty.

The table we were set at seating area was filthy with cake and food left from last customer. Food was all over the floor under the table where my wife and I had step on while seated at the table. There is no reason for the booth being dirty and floor unswept and clean. I made the reservation a week ahead and knew this was for my 10th wedding anniversary. Will not go to another one again. The hostess should be making sure the table and booth have been cleared, clean and ready for next customers.
