The place was empty and took forever to get service. The food was better off put together by a two year old. Never will I go back again

Made reservations on Open Table. Arrived and was told that was unnecessary. Server told us she was new so was unable to answer questions about menu items. Lime mojito tasted like lime juice. Unpleasant experience.

Sat at the bar and had exceptional service. The food was served in a timely manner. Overall, great experience

The facility has been neglected. The glass entry doors were filthy. The floors weren’t much better. My husbands Mongolian beef was a plate of charred frozen beef strips with no sauce/seasoning, dry but somehow greasy noodles and green onions. My husband asked for extra sauce if possible and they brought him out a bowl of broth with soy sauce that was just gross. My meal with the “double protein” dynamite shrimp, which was oily and not double protein. We both ordered the lunch combos and they charged us ala Carte for everything. Never again. Horrible anniversary dinner.

Server was outstanding, but we had to wait forever to get our food. Stated a shift change. Not my best experience at PF Chang’s

Just had appetizers & crab wontons were too well done & egg roll just ordinary. Plum wine was Great though.

Maybe the service and food service and quality were very off because it was Labor Day? I haven’t eaten at PfChang’s in awhile. I was very disappointed in my food quality.
