Maybe the service and food service and quality were very off because it was Labor Day? I haven’t eaten at PfChang’s in awhile. I was very disappointed in my food quality.

T he manager was very good about helping myvftuend with a walker find a table she could be comfortable at. Mia very good waitress as well.

Open Table reservations are NOT accepted at PF Changs. We would have had to wait an hour to get in. This is very unacceptable. Open Table should not say they can do something and it is not true. Very disappointed.

The place was filthy, food on the floor and booth we were sitting in. The sushi can out and looked like terrible, and didn’t have the right ingredients in the roll. They didn’t bring out our side dish. Waiter and manager were both rude when I complained. I’ll never go back.

All in all, we had a good experience. Prices are as to be expected. Drink prices are a little higher than they should be.

We like unique experiences but this night we wanted something a little more steady. This P.F. Chang’s in particular was excellent. Clean great looking and tasting food. They’re not a top notch cocktail place but their special drink was good. We will be going back for sure. Our waiter was great and knowledgeable about the menu.
