They are apparently disconnected from Open Table so had no reservation on file. The took one of their best dishes, Sea Bass off the menu and have changed the recipe (not for the better) for their staple, chicken fried rice.

Service was great and that food was okay. I don’t think we will return but it was a great last night last minute dessert spot.

Was very busy due to conference and not enough wait staff to be able to service tables well. Never received our soup, a drink refill and food was delivered to wrong table multiple times.

Not a good experience. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated when there were minimum 10 tables that were empty. The hostess wasn't extremely friendly. The food was mediocre. Lastly, the server messed up our bill and we had to find him two times to get it corrected.

Overall horrific experience. Took forever to get greeted at table. Kitchen backed up. Bugs fell from ceiling and no manager around. They have raised the prices and cut the portions in half. I understand paying more but not for less. No valet parking to top it off.

Service was terrible compared to previous visits and the food was SALTY more than previous visits. Done, will not return

The food is always consistent and delicious at PF Chang. We usually go as family and each one has our favorite, and it is always good. We also had used PF CHang for catering in the past. My family is a fan!

I was in town for the Elks National convention. We wanted something yummy to please several people. Chang's hit the spot. Friendly service, delicious food, and all around great ambiance.

Food seasoning and quality has gone down hill in recent years. Fried rice was blah, egg drop soup was tasteless and in a clear broth. No fortune cookies either.
