Overall horrific experience. Took forever to get greeted at table. Kitchen backed up. Bugs fell from ceiling and no manager around. They have raised the prices and cut the portions in half. I understand paying more but not for less. No valet parking to top it off.

Service was terrible compared to previous visits and the food was SALTY more than previous visits. Done, will not return

The food is always consistent and delicious at PF Chang. We usually go as family and each one has our favorite, and it is always good. We also had used PF CHang for catering in the past. My family is a fan!

I was in town for the Elks National convention. We wanted something yummy to please several people. Chang's hit the spot. Friendly service, delicious food, and all around great ambiance.

Food seasoning and quality has gone down hill in recent years. Fried rice was blah, egg drop soup was tasteless and in a clear broth. No fortune cookies either.

Had a gift card that's been sitting around for a couple years...finally made a res (not sure if we needed one but it never hurts). Lots of convention go'ers. Service on point. Bar on point. Like the option of the chef's menu. This food is just so meh! It's not bad...it's just not great. Now I remember why we haven't been here in 15+ years…

Was not ready for lunch rush and didn’t receive fried rice but still was charged and when asked to remove from my bill they said they couldn’t do it and I had to call the manager.

Wait line with lots of tables available. Incredible how this restaurant, in the middle of the crowd attending SXSW, is not staffed to properly attend customers, turning down several people that could eat there.
