Really not a good experience all the way around. Our server, it was her first day solo but she was not ready. We specifically asked for a great server and a great table. The table was great but this server wasn’t ready to be solo and she was horrible. Late with food. Late with refilling of drinks. She tried to bring the appetizer and main entrees at the same time. She wasn’t attentive. And. The food was not very fresh and did not have a good flavor. It was dry and crunchy. Overall a terrible meal and a terrible restaurant. We will not be back to any PF Changs restaurants and I hope they go out of business.

Food was terrible. Did not taste like I was at a P.F. Chang’s like all the other times before. Preserved a meal that I would always order, you could smell how bad it was before even eating. Tried a few bites and laid bill in full. I have the recipe at home for the lettuce wraps and I do a much better job at home. Never eating there again.

Open table doesn’t allow seating for 8, disappointing although restaurant allows. A wide choice of menu but the freshness of ingredients was not seen. Taste wise it’s good but a little more spice or heat level would have been best. Ambience, seating and restrooms are 4+.

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve had in a long time. The waitress was horrible, she only brung out 4 drinks forgot the 5th person. She never checked in with the table to give us updates on the food which took over a hr to come out. Once we received food it was cold. When she took the order she asked everyone what kind of rice did we want but failed to tell us that it would be served family style so others ate the rice thinking it was just their portion. We had to stop multiple workers just to ask for stuff that was missing like straws, utensils etc. She had no proper training at all. Then while we were eating another staff member started sweeping a broom right at our table and he was a sloppy mess!!! Will never eat her again all the food tasted cheap and microwaveable. It’s so much more i can say but im tired of writing

Teriyaki Chicken was cold initially then was retossed and still came back cold. We were seated at a high table and did not have a waiter for 10+ min so we had to flag someone down to take our order.

Food was fine Ambience so so, one of the cheaper buildouts I have seen for a PFChang Server: I guess you only have so much to choose from in that area

Food was good. The tiny over priced portion we received. It states it’s made to be shareable but I think they must have meant between toddlers. The dumplings appetizer was good and larger portion than the entree. It’s a one and done for us with this place.
