We met the grandkids at PF Chang’s in Allen for dinner. The service, from the host stand to the table server were spectacular. Friendly, attentive, and timely. The food was prepared perfectly and we all thought our meal was better than in previous times which is saying a lot. We enjoyed the evening.

Food was average for an upper end restaurant. PF Chang’s not as impressive as it used to be.

No one came to our table after being seated for 20 min, even after I told hostess

We usually go to the Grandscape location. This location was new to us. Sever was attentive, but we felt a tad rushed. Food was bland at best. The gnats flying around were the worst.

Food was good but service was best I’ve ever had at this location. Jeremy, my server, was outstanding in every way! Will ask for him when I return. One note: hostess had no idea how to check me in via OpenTable. ??? She told me she would check with her manager, but when I returned at end of meal, she still had not checked me in. Please train your employees properly with respect to OpenTable.

Service was great but Orange chicken was not good. Overpriced for what you get. Plus it’s nearly $5 to add fried rice….
