Petite Left Bank is a traditional French café and bistro set in the heart of Marin County, in the charming downtown area of the coastal Tiburon peninsula. Like its sister restaurant Left Bank, Petite Left Bank is named in homage to and inspired by the iconic brasseries of La Rive Gauche, the southern or “left bank” of the River Seine which winds its way through the center of Paris. Petite Left Bank is a modern and approachable setting, and at the heart of all the space has to offer Tiburon is a French café. During the day, handcrafted dishes feature modern flavors and techniques that embrace its French European heritage and elevate the café experience. As the day turns to night, Petite Left Bank transforms into an alluring, lively, and exciting space with bistro highlights that showcase French recipes and classics. Seating along the sidewalk under the bistro lights feels like a true French cafe and the fire pit offers a cozy hangout to enjoy French bites and cocktails.

Celebrate the holidays at Petite Left Bank! Let us attend to every detail as you enjoy a stress-free Christmas Eve dinner with friends and family. Petite will be open in downtown Tiburon from 11 AM-9 PM on December 24th. From 11 am-3 pm, we'll be serving our regular all day and regular brunch menus. From 3 pm-5-pm, we'll be serving our regular happy hour menu only. Then, beginning at 5pm, we'll be serving the below holiday-inspired 4 Course Prix Fixe menu as our special Christmas Eve dinner. Come celebrate the joys of the season ~ It's never too early to reserve now!\

Excellent service with exceptional customer care in taking our orders and handling our table as my family enjoyed their meal one evening during the Thanksgiving holiday. We plan to return sometime soon to this lovely French restaurant.

Petite Left Bank is a gem. We have been a couple of times & loved it so… we thought we’d go for their Thanksgiving special. Did not disappoint. Four course, great value, lovely.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here. The salad and soup were great along with the pinot noir. The turkey was very dry and not edible. Apple pie was frozen. They refunded me on the turkey which was kind. The service was wonderful.

The Turkey was so dried out we couldn’t eat it! The stuffings was gummy and did not taste good. The brussel sprouts were bitter The pumpkin pie was thick and heavy and over spiced. The “apple pie” wasn’t a pie it was a tart that was not good at all. The only thing good was the butternut squash soup. The service was good but they didn’t even ask how our meal was! Many folks we saw didn’t eat much of their food either! This meal was one of the worse we’ve ever had and it ruined Thanksgiving. The $200 cost plus tip was outrageous and left very disappointed. I want my money back!

We had a wonderful dinner and a great experience—wait and bartender Sal was fantastic!.The food was amazing (oysters, chicken, haricot vert, mussels), and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely have the crème brûlée. The restaurant is simply decorated and feels like a true French bistro. We’ll be back!

Today we came for brunch and without doubt a great decision!! Nice atmosphere in the pretty location .. I like the bistro set up they have going on and the main event; the food , was delicious ! ! Extremely good!! The staff were welcoming as always and our server was top notch !! We have been here twice now and have been very happy on both occasions . There will be a third visit in our future without a doubt !!
