Enjoy a complimentary cocktail to accompany our two or three-course set menu, which features dishes such as our kohlrabi salad with crispy leeks & white goma dressing, smoked paprika ribs with mezcal glaze, and passion fruit crème brûlée. Our award-winning restaurant on Manchester’s Peter Street enjoys a breath taking setting in the former Free Trade Hall. This offer is available from 1st September to 31st October 2024. We got the three course menu with the cocktail and some extras off the main menu, the portions were a good size for a set menu but the star of the show was the ribeye in wasabi butter. Our waiter Stan made our evening extra enjoyable with a personable service. Angus the sommelier recommended a lovely wine and was happy to take the time to chat with us and gave us some recommendations for some wine bars around the city. It was our second time here and it was as enjoyable as the last, I’d happily return

Went pre-theatre. Set meal is a bargain but big eaters may need to add some veg./carbs to the main protein dish. Will one day go for the full monte but probably need. Ew credit card or a lottery win. Seriously nice venue and food.

The cheese nachos do not blend with the menu and was a poor starting choice. As it was followed by lobster tacos that were very delicate- but delicious. The food overall was nice but a 1cm cube of inedible fat in the duck salad left me spitting out at the table. Apart from that everything was spot on. The staff were superb and very attentive, nice atmosphere, music was enjoyable and suited the venue.

Is it a restaurant or night club? Music absurdly loud. Perfect if eating out with people you don’t want to talk to. Food and service good.
