Opened in 1887, Peter Luger Steak House has become a culinary, historical and cultural landmark in the heart of Williamsburg. Serving only the finest USDA Prime Beef, Peter Luger has been honored with numerous awards for over 30 years including America’s Best Steak. The restaurant is family owned and operated, and all beef is hand-selected by a member of the family before being dry-aged on site.

The potterhouse steak rules! Amazing taste and very good grease, everything is just right. The steak was too perfect itself, so the sauce goes with german style fried potatoes. Please try their boots craft beer too. And gratefully, we met an amazingly nice server, I cannot remember his name but sbd who flew down this morning from his home after thanksgiving, you made our day! I will definitely come back with my parents. 뉴욕 본점은 안 가봤지만 혹시 여기가 더 맛있는 거 아닐까? 싶은 맛. 굽기와 맛이 완벽했습니다. 스테이크 자체로 완벽해서 이 소스는 필요없겠는데? 했는데 웬걸, 소스가 저먼 스타일 프라이드 포테이토랑 짝궁이더군요. 너무 맛있어서 뼈붙은 고기 좋아하는 한국인답게 사이사이 발골하고 왔습니다. 자리 간격이 넓어서 분위기도 괜찮았고, 어린아이와 왔는데 booth table=소파자리를 미리 요청했더니 안내해주셨어요. 식당이 어두운 것 외에는 편했습니다. 직원 분들도 넘나 친절. 오늘 운이 좋았던걸까요? 아무튼 다음에 부모님 미국 놀러오실 때 모시고 오려고 생각합니다. ㅎㅎ

We went here for dinner for my niece’s birthday, it was our first time and it will not be the last. The steak was fantastic, all of our side dishes were great. I had heard good things about this place and now I know for myself and we will go back again.

Peter Luger is my favorite steak place in the world. Wonderful meat, excellent sides, and superb service. Cocktails are fantastic, as are desserts. Five stars

We have eaten at the flagship Peter Luger many times. This was our 2nd time at the Caesar's Palace location. The first was last November, shortly after they opened and everything was exceptional, particularly the service. We decided to go for Thanksgiving and the food did not disappoint, but the service was average, at best. We ordered several starters that didn't come until after our meal was delivered. There were 4 of us and the meal for two came out and then there was a 5 minute wait for the other two. We didnt see our server between the time we ordered and the time the steak for two was dropped and we mentioned the fact that our starters had not come and he questioned whether we were sure. Definitely not the service we had last time. Perhaps it explains why they werent as busy as the other restaurants at Caesar's. In any case, Teddy, the manager graciously deducted two of the starters from the bill, but quite frankly the ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth. We are local to Las Vegas and there are a plethora of steakhouses and Great steakhouses at that. One thing about the finer steakhouses (Luger falls into this realm) is that they are known for their service as much as there food. Foodwise, Luger may be one of the better steaks in Las Vegas, but definitely not service wise.

Steak came out way too quickly and plate was not sizzling. We’ve eaten here every time we’ve come to Vegas but this time the steak was underwhelming and it was obvious we got a leftover steak.

The gentleman that was my culinary tour guide was excellent him and his partner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and if it was possible to give them 100 stars, I would do it

Steaks were well prepared at medium well. Broccoli was well seasoned. Service was impeccable. I highly recommend.
