Pesca Dining Room is a sophisticated but vibrant restaurant located on the ground level of the Hyatt place hotel serving dinner service only. Pesca’s dining room menu combines globally-inspired coastal cuisine with bold Latin flavors and fresh ingredients from Florida. The name “Pesca”, derived from the Spanish word for fishing, is a tribute to the owner’s late father’s favorite restaurant in his native Puerto Rico. The dining room features a main indoor dining area, an adjacent bar, a meticulously curated wine library, a private dining room, and a chef’s experience table. The menu predominantly features Latin flavors but with a global twist. Pesca By Michales also serves as the in-house caterer for the Hyatt Place’s banquet room, designed for upscale events.

For the perfect fall kickoff event, Chef Michael Lugo is creating a multi-course dinner featuring rum pairings from Lugo's Craft Distillery and our very own private rum label designed for Pesca by Michael's. Dine with the Distiller: Master Distiller Christian Lugo will be with us to guide our guests through his story, the process on crafting world class spirits, and the collaboration with Chef Lugo on Pesca's toasted barrel maple finished rum. Date: September 20th at 6:00pm Tickets: $150.00 per person Includes a cocktail reception with passed Hors d’oeuvres, multi-course dinner, and a featured special dessert course, paired with rum selections from Lugo's Distillery. We would return. They were short staffed but everyone was hustling. They were out of scallops but the food was very good other than the black rice which we didn't care for. Beautiful restaurant and great location

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The staff members are very attentive to customer’s needs and are very knowledgeable of the food and wine menus.

really a great experience and wonderful meal. our server was top notch, the food was truly well done and prepared and the ambience was perfect for our crowd. will definitely go back.

Food and service were excellent. Beautiful place. Had drinks at the rooftop and really nice. Definitely be back.

We chose Pesca because it was a very short walk from our hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive and paid attention to our dietary needs. Nice ambiance and very clean. Wished our food was served piping hot but it was tasty anyways. A no-sugar added dessert choice would have been nice, and is not too much to ask for these days. Overall would recommend as a vacation restaurant.

A bit overpriced. Maybe 30-50% overpriced. Had a hard time getting seated and waited on. But once the manager came back everything went smoothly. Nice to have this in Villano but the menu needs some work.

Fantastic experience! Had the salmon, my wife had the scallops. Our second time there. Service was outstanding! We will be back!!

Overpriced for the quality. The server was not very knowledgeable about items on menu for a higher end restaurant and was not attentive to the little things like offering cracked pepper for caesar salad, refilling waters, etc.

Had a delicious dinner at Pesca last night. We shared Lobster Bao Buns, Pinchos and the Pesca Burger. All were really good and service was great. Highly recommended!
