Peruke & Periwig is a unique and memorable drinking and dining experience on Dublin’s thriving Dawson Street, number 31 to be exact. The ground floor bar offers guests a draught pint, and an extensive selection of the finest cocktails, whiskeys, spirits, liqueurs and wines.
If you’re feeling peckish, why not give our tasty food menu a try. We're serving food from 5pm to 9:30pm everyday.
Diners and drinkers are most welcome on our first and second floor lounge areas where you can try our expertly mixed cocktails with some unique yet appetising adjustments that allow us to express our creativity and serve delectable drinks. Our current cocktail menu in Peruke & Periwig, is inspired by wigs from around the world to bring back the history of our beautiful building.

- Reservations after 9.30 are drinks only.

                                          I didn’t have food just drinks but the service was very inattentive and it was sufficiently staffed and not that busy as normal.

                                          Nice vibe to the restaurant. Food was shocking for the price of it. The flatbread with chorizo and manchego sounded delicious but when it came out, I was very disappointed. The chorizo was like it was minced, so you could barely taste it. The flatbread tasted like Nan you get from a Tesco packet, and the Manchego cheese was sliced so thin, I could see through it. The chips were nice, but it’s impossible to mess up chips.

                                          This cocktail bar is absolutely amazing. We were super welcomed by mr Karim, he was so friendly. Sarah brought us to our table and she was very welcoming too. Lua was our waitress, she was very nice, informative, attentive and suggested a cocktail called something Punch, DELICIOUS, you must go for it. Absolutely amazing!!!! Federico was amazing as well I will definitely go back!

                                          Although a nice setting and ambience we had numerous issues with service. We were asked three times in space of five minutes of our arrival for our order when we politely had asked for a few more minutes to look at the menu. We had to ask multiple times for our water and my friend had to go to the bar both to order a second round of drinks and to receive and pay the bill. The drinks menu is misleading - under draught section they have Wicklow Wolf. We received two cans of it instead. It’s simply false advertising and it was more the principle of it that annoyed us. Food was ok, not great and the cocktails are average. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be back.

                                          Booked a table for a special occasion. The booking confirmed we would have the table for two hours, however, after one hour we were told they needed our table back and we would have to leave with no apology or excuse given. Service was really slow so we had to rush ourselves. Will not be going back and will not recommend.
