Assado cooking of grass-fed, certified natural beef, cared for by Uruguayan gauchos using traditional husbandry techniques at the heart of Uruguayan culture & Peruvian cuisine. At PAMPAS we cook all our natural beef over charcoal to echo the traditional Assado feasting style. Select your super cuts of choice from a beef board and have it sliced at the table for you.
