Perspective dining is a modern gastronomic tasting menu experience, a closed-door 12-seat chef table dining space, our chefs will take you on a unique culinary journey. Perspective Dining will offer cutting-edge tasting menus seasonally from 3 courses to 9 courses, a plant-based menu as well as a protein-based menu. Perspective Dining will be collaborating with local farmers and suppliers to ensure that our vision of uncompromised, no holds barred excellence and sustainability is showcased in our food.

A simply beautiful experience. The food - spectacular. The wine pairings - perfect. The intimate space - precisely what was called for. The stories that went with each course made the whole night, and the kindness and generosity of the chef was glorious.

Fantastic experience - wonderful food and a unique experience having all dishes explained by the chef. Best dessert I have ever had! It is a bit cold in the restaurant so bring a sweater

Wonderful experience. Delicious food, beautifully presented. We loved the personal stories behind each dish and Andrew’s incredible modern interpretation of them. A truly lovely evening.

Just an exceptional date night out with my husband. Andrew is talented and his food just stunning. Full of interesting flavours and the way he presented it was second to none. Very excited that we went, and we will definitely go back when each menu changes.
