Our service was almost non-existent. There was only one other table occupied during our entire lunch experience, so there was no excuse for our server not being attentive. It took a while for the server to even come to the table. No one came to refill our water glasses, we had to wait, again, for our server to appear. One of us had the chicken shish and the chicken was way over cooked, dry and hard. We mentioned it to our server once she appeared and asked for extra sauce. She said people usually just mix the chicken with the rice and tomato to give it some moisture. No offer to replace the dried out chicken or offer some kind of discount on it. When we had finished with lunch we waited at least fifteen minutes for our plates to be removed. Just not a good experience.

The Persian Room is a real gem. It’s a beautiful setting, and the staff are warm and friendly. But the food is the highlight! Everything was fresh, hot and deliciously seasoned. We will definitely return to try more things on the menu.

Excellent food and service. Expensive but large portions so can share or have leftovers. Hummus was delicious. Would have been cool if when the bread and vegetables were delivered we could have ordered the appetizer immediately so the bread would have still been warm, but not a huge deal. Kind service. We'll be back.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The entrees were cooked perfectly and the rice was so fluffy. We got the lamb loin and sultani and the portions were huge! We shared the hummus to start and ended with baklava and Persian ice cream. The service was amazing. Food was brought out in a timely manner. Can’t wait to go back.
