We have eaten at Perry’s multiple times and have had excellent experiences with the exception of last night. We had a party of 6. The waiter seemed very thorough but when our order arrived, he had forgotten to include the steak that my son had ordered. When he realized it, he profusely apologized. The General Manager dropped by to see how we were doing and we shared the situation which she indicated that she was aware of and they were working to rectify. At this point, it is not a big deal as people make mistakes and with the General Manager’s involvement, we expected that they would quickly prepare a steak for my son and bring it out. Our prior experience at other fine dining establishments has been if there was a mistake, they work hard to quickly rectify it. That did not happen in this situation. The rest of the party had finished their meal by the time my son’s steak arrived and there was absolutely no follow up by the General Manager. In fact, it seemed like she was intentionally avoiding our table. On top of that, there was an automatic 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or more (which was fine) but the waiter had the nerve to say that we can provide an additional tip to bring the amount to 20% or 25%.

Fantastic steak house! They have more than steaks which is nice. Tons of creative options for starters and sides. Portions were generous also. Service was top notch!

Everything would have been perfect if drinks did not take 15-30 minutes to get to table. Other than that we really enjoyed our time here. PJ was very informative of the menu and made great recommendations.

We had another wonderful evening at Perry's. The staff, the service and the food are all fabulous. I haven't tried anything that wasn't top notch. Highly recommend the pineapple ginger mojito from the bar and the lemon bar for dessert. We will be returning, again and again. Very respectfully, Victoria
