Perry’s First Virginia Location is now open in Richmond! Everything was amazing for my birthday! I loved the crab cakes and ribeye steak. The oysters were delicious as well!

The ambience is great. The service was subpar. Our food was cooked wrong or items missing but the temp of food was not great. The king crab was delicious. The manager did come to apologize however while waiting for food to get cooked properly(way steak) your other items get cold. It was disappointing experience since it was my first time. Manager did not offer free comp dessert or anything, but apology was enough. So I went without my meal.

Overall the food was really good and service qas as well. Only dislike was how dark it was inside. People were using cell phone lights to read the menu, the bathrooms were even darker.

Steaks were cooked to perfection! Wait staff was very attentive and accommodating making sure each course came out at the correct time ( only after the previous course was finished). First time going, will definitely make return visits.

Busy place on a Saturday evening. Service kept up very well and was responsive. The tuna tartar was excellent, as was the ribeye. The ahi tuna steak was a bit overpowered with sriracha. The bananas foster dessert was flame, which was interesting for the novelty of it. All in all a good meal, although a bit pricey.

Steaks were good, service was average. Noise level is very high like a high school cafeteria and tables are crowded / too close together.

Very disappointed. Was expecting a great meal. Steak was undercooked and highly seasoned then overcooked. Nothing special about the steaks. Service was OK, but it was not fine dining! Wine and dessert was very good.

A great experience. The sides are enormous, they can be shared. If money is not an obstacle, then you have to try it at least once.
