I was very disappointed to see all tables were offered bread and mine wasn’t and also I kept trying to find our waiter because I wasn’t given a spoon or straw for my ice tea. Quite disappointed on service for the first time here.

Great asa always. Was just a bit loud thanks to a company party sitting next to us there was a lady with a loud and irritating laugh ugh and my husband and I just wanted to enjoy a nice lunch. Oh well the food and place itself NEVER disappoints!!!

Kevin our server is awesome. We try to get him always. Food was great. Their Caesar Salad is the best in Houston. We went later for lunch and missed the lunch crowd. We could actually hear the great background music.

I ordered the filet and it was dry in some parts and had a metallic taste in a few bites that I had to spit out. The manager did offer to cook another steak but I didn’t want to wait and and I was not sure if they would make a better one. This is the second time I’ve gone and had a bad filet there recently. Not worth the money.

We went to take advantage of the special value offered during Houston Restaurant Weeks. Our experience was very good - in line with the special events and meals we have enjoyed in the past. My wife noted that her filet was the best she can ever recall, and filet is all she has when we go out for a nice meal, so this was a big deal! The service was also exemplary. Not too much attention but timely. The only very minor items I noted were: My salmon was cooked to absolute perfection...on the end I started with, but was a little overcooked at the far end. I had never experienced this before, I'm not sure if the grill was unevenly heated, but I was getting full already and needed to leave room for the amazing dessert. We ordered a drink to share - a "Smoky" margarita and our waiter made a gentle comment about the smoky afterburn. He wasn't kidding - the first sip was nearly unbearable! Fortunately, the "smoky" burn was only applied to one side of the glass, so it was possible to drink the rest from the other side. Drinks this outside the box should really be flagged so the waitstaff aren't trying to tactfully redirect the customer so something else.
