    It took 20 minutes to get the drinks, the waiter was swamped because there was no help. Only one bartender making drinks for the whole restaurant. If you are going to charge that amount of money at least have staff ready to serve.

    The New York Strip and Filet that we ordered was prepared exactly as we ordered. Very tender and juicy. The brussel sprouts were very good also. We highly recommend the chophouse and will be returning.

    Everything was wonderful! The steaks are the best we’ve had in a long time, better than Frankie’s and Bones. The lobster Mac and cheese was to die for and the cocktails were amazing. I had 3 lucky ladys. Hats off to the bartender. The service Brittany provided was exceptional and really made our evening special.

    The bloody mary and the shrimp and grits were fabulous! My husband's fried chicken sandwich was drowned in overly sweet barbecue sauce, and his fries were luke warm. My niece ordered eggs over medium, she got scrambled. The grits saved the day!

    Service was very slow and very informal, meals did not come out together. Portions were very small. Piano was nice, but too loud for casual conversation,

    Kenya, our server, was outstanding! Lovely wine selection and beautiful cocktails. The crab cocktail appetizer is delicious! Love the burrata with grilled peaches, too! Scottish salmon with hoppin John and the wild rice with the torenados and chanterelles was perfect! We live 40 miles away and we dine here every time we see a play at the Aurora! Oh, and strawberry poundcake with chantilly cream!

    Both steaks had to be sent back because they were undercooked. Mashed potatoes were tasteless. 20 minutes to get our first drink. Service incredibly slow. My appetizer came out with my meal. No management presence. Surcharge to use a credit card. Sent email to manager one week ago with no response.

    We have been to Perry St. many times over the past year; and each time we have loved the food and service and ambience! Kyle was our server, and he is dynamite! His attention to detail shows! Thank u, Perry St. and Kyle for making my son’s “23rd” birthday dinner w family and friends special.❤️
