We had an amazing experience. The tiki drinks were amazing - even better than some more popular places we’ve tried in the US. Plus, our vacation planner, Austin, was phenomenal. I cannot recommend him enough. He helped to make a good experience amazing.

I am proud to call this sanctuary my local tiki bar! The decor and ambiance is detailed down to the last rivet. Sounds and lights accompany specific drinks ordered. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable in their craft (mainly, rums...don't go asking for Tito's on the rocks!) Tamara brings it all together and is the cherry on top of this tropical paradise that truly invites you to stay a while, on a Permanent Vacation!

We celebrated our sons 25th birthday At Permanent Vacation. We felt our reservation request was considered as we noted a special occasion and were sat in the cave. It really added to the immersive atmosphere. Such a fun place. My son and guests were impressed. Drinks were unique and well made. Only ate calamari . The plate was well presented and tasty. Great waiter Ryan. Will be back.

This was the second time that I’ve been to permanent vacation. And it did not disappoint. The first time I went with a girlfriend and I was so happy that the host was playing the part of the traveler giving you a tour of the location/drinks. This time was the same. I had a different host and she was phenomenal! Unfortunately, I was running behind to my reservation so I gave them a call from the connecting restaurant (since they don’t have a phone) and I was worried they would not save my spot because the service said that they would try. When I got there, I believe my reservation was taken by a random party bus, but luckily, we did not have to wait longer than 20 minutes to sit down while the host still did her part in the beginning and made us feel like this was our first time. The server was also amazing and explaining the menu and acting the part of the traveler. There was even part of the experience where it started to rain inside, and he brought out an umbrella to bring out the food. The attention to detail of the staff was just impeccable! It was a good crowd of people. At this time, it was probably around 10 PM. I did not like that. The entire drink had a crazy amount of ice so next time I’m going to ask for light ice. The drinks are pretty pricey for majority of it to be filled with ice. Regardless 10 out of 10 for the experience. I will definitely be bringing another friend in the future and asking for less ice.
