                                                                                                                          I made a reservation for my birthday, requested a booth and expected to be in the dining area. When I arrived, we were seated outside on their patio area. It was extremely loud because of the band music. I couldn’t even hear the person that I was out with speaking we had to literally yell over each other. We arrived at 10:10 and we seated server did not approach us until 20 minutes later we put our drink orders and did not receive our drinks until 11 o’clock. So we pretty much sat there. Our server barely checked up on us and was not at all energetic as the other servers I’ve seen. Once I expressed my frustration and experience on the lack of service and long wait time, she immediately said it’s not her fault there’s nothing she can do about it. Her bar is backed up. once you placed our food orders that didn’t take too long to come, and the food was amazing as per usual Perla never lets me down on the food, but having I guess a new location with a lot higher volume really has impacted their customer service, etc. in the end, the manager did comp some of the shot we had but the comp wasn’t necessary. I would’ve rather just have the same experience. I’ve had multiple amazing visits at the smaller location! hopefully in the future some of these hiccups, they are having get rectified or else moving into a bigger location with this service is going to be awful!

The service was outstanding, food and drinks was phenomenal and the ambiance had some really cool features. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
