Our waiter made our experience very pleasant. Unfortunately I don’t recall his name, but I know he moved to Vaughan from Oakville . Very professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the food and the ambiance

Our sever was wonderful and attentive. She made some great recommendations and we loved it. We had the lamb, Chilean seabass and musssels. Will definitely come back.

Perla Oyster Bar is easily one of the best dining experiences. The new location is stunning with a lively atmosphere and that makes every visit feel special. The food is outstanding, with fresh oysters, generous seafood towers, and beautifully prepped dishes that are packed with flavor. Portions are more than fair for the price. But what truly sets Perla apart is the service—Alex always takes amazing care of us, ensuring every detail is perfect with his attentiveness, knowledge, and warm personality. If you’re looking for exceptional dinner out, impeccable service, and an unforgettable dining experience, Perla is the place to go hands down.

First time eating at Perla and it was good. The service was excellent. Oysters were amazing. The calamari and shrimp appetizer was fresh and delicious. My wife and I decided to share the Lobster bacon mac and cheese - completely disappointing! My advice to the chef, use a lobster tail, don’t give me fishy tasting lobster claw meat, completely ruined the dish. We will go back to Perla to try other dishes.

The oysters here are always fresh and tasty! I highly recommend the Chilean Seabass with lemon pepper aioli for something light, healthy and delicious.
