We went there totally at random, but were delighted with our experience. Warm welcome, knowledgeable waiter making really good recommendations. The food was amazing from start to finish. Their passion martini was amazing as the whole dinner: We had the grilled hearts of palm as a starter, sea bream and ahi tuna with a side of jumbo asparagus. We ended with the G-d’s gift desert. To die for! Can only recommend. Our new favorite restaurant.

This was our first time at the restaurant. It was Memorial Day. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. I have not been this pleasantly surprised in quite a long time. Btw, the drinks were so good. I could see them meticulously making each drink. The southsides were delicious!

In revisiting Perl, we had a very special experience! Awesome service & attention by Chelsea H. who is the Asst, Manager! The food was excellent with the Gem Caesar Salad and Mushroom appetizer start, leading to awesome Tuna Steak & Salmon dish too! Great desert with the Vanilla Gelato & warm brownie with tasty hard crusts leading to soft inside brownie tastes! The overall experience made us feel like we were at Twin Farms in Vermont, which is an exclusive small resort in Barnard, VT. We are looking forward to going back to Perl soon!

Seabream was excellent. Wine by glass was excellent but portion a bit small. Overall meal was superb.

Very good food and service. Quite expensive. Good meat entree. Potato side dish was a bit soggy. Reservation system reminded twice of my reservation.

The food was exceptional, one of the best salmon I ever had. The tuna tartare was also very good. Cesar salad was ok. The service was exceptional. Definitely will repeat.

I live on Miami Beach but rarely do I venture as far as Aventura. I was in the area and found it o Open Table and decided to try it. I was so pleasantly surprised. The service was meticulous and Tony our server was very knowledgeable with the menu and made great recommendations. The food was excellent; from the hearts of palm to the seared tuna and the chef's delicious Japanese Sweat potato-was to die for. My only recommendation is that the restaurant is very noisy or loud because of the acoustics. Because the style is beautifully minimalistic and lots of concrete and hard surfaces, the sounds vibrate throughout the space. Perhaps some noise absorbing panels would help make the space for comfortable.

We truly believe the difference is in the details in both our food and service, so I am glad this translated into your dining experience. The tuna you enjoyed along with the rest of our fish is fresh, never frozen, our hearts of palm are flown in from Panama, and we have to agree that the sweet potato with homemade miso butter is a must.
