From the cocktails, to the staff, to the food, it was all amazing. My understanding is the menu is seasonal and changes about every three months, so highlighting any dishes seems pointless, except maybe the bread and butter. I’m assuming that’s always there, so get it for sure. We ordered 5 dishes between the two of us and all were great. The staff is friendly and approachable and really seem to enjoy what they are doing. This is a place everyone should check out.

It is a great restaurant, the food is always great! they have a no tip fair wage policy which I like.

Overpriced for what it was. Wine was severely underpoured by back half of dinner utilizing the bottom of open bottles. Server was very good and helpful. But the food didnt live up to the hype. Served back to back dishes from the tatsing menu that were just a fruit or veggie stuffed with cream cheese and with tomato jam. Essentially same dish. Main entree was underwhelming chicken that felt like a left turn from the previous dishes. Dessert was fine but the wine pairing on my wifes glass was embarrassing. I don't think I could recommend what we recieved to other fine diners.

My first time at Perilla ! It was on my list for a few years already, I was really happy with my dinner. Matt took a really good car of us and we had amazing food all night. Standout for me was the Scallop with Sauce Vierge and Summer Fruits ! Will definetely be back soon.

Absolutely incredible top to bottom. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable, the vibe of the restaurant was relaxed and understated, and the food was innovative, beautifully presented and marvelously tasty. Would make a trip back down from Glasgow to return here in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at Perilla. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Only thing I would note is that we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and I put in a note when booking so I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment or a pair of drinks to celebrate. Other than that, we had a great time!

Amazing. Loved every dish on the tasting menu. The restaurant looks fantastic with a great ambiance. Staff were excellent too

Really lovely restaurant but the prices are really high for such small plates. 22£ for a single scallop is a little wild. Ambience and service were top tier!
