Perch

Our 9 course tasting menu is $145 per person. We suggest allowing 3 hours for your meal. We also offer a beverage pairing at an additional charge, we also have plenty of by the glass options for wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails. The whole table must do the tasting menu, we do not offer an a la carte option. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with 48 hours notice.

Metropolitan is a leading purveyor of premium sakes from Japan, focusing on unique and hard to find bottles. Vivian and Kaja will be joining the Perch team for a one night only sake paired dinner. Perch will be cooking a 7 course tasting menu with 6 of the courses paired with a unique sake selected by the Metropolitan team, and one course being paired with a sake inspired cocktail from our bar manager, Shannon. We'll also have an aperitif and digestive beverage menu available. Dinner starts at 7pm for everyone, however doors open at 6:15pm. Price is for the dinner and beverage pairing, no dietary restrictions are accepted for this event due to the nature of the dinner. There will be bottles available for retail purchase after the dinner.
