Perch is an intimate fine dining restaurant focusing on Canadian ingredients, ethical and sustainable products.
Awarded as the 4th Best New Canadian Restaurant 2022 by Enroute, and #85 for Canada's Best Restaurants 2023. With the dining room facing into the wide open kitchen offering a nine course tasting menu and a bar focusing on unique cocktails and natural wines.

Nine Course tasting menu is $145 for food menu
Beverage Pairing is $100 per person (optional)
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Pairing is $75 per person (optional)

We release reservations 60 days in advance.

Tasting Menu - 9 Course Meal
Plusieurs dates disponibles
Our 9 course tasting menu is $145 per person. We suggest allowing 3 hours for your meal. We also offer a beverage pairing at an additional charge, we also have plenty of by the glass options for wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails. The whole table must do the tasting menu, we do not offer an a la carte option. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with 48 hours notice.

Tres belle expérience. Service attentionné et délicat. Sans prétention mais très professionnel. La nourriture est absolument gastronomique et figure dans les meilleures tables d’Ottawa et probablement dans les meilleurs resto au Canada.

Exceptionally well thought out dishes. Flavors, textures, colors (first you eat with your eyes...) One of the best meals I've had anywhere (let alone Ottawa) in the last year. Knowledgeable & attentive service without being intrusive. Cool tunes, nice vibe in the room. We sat at the bar to watch the magic in the kitchen. We did the 9 course tasting menu and loved absolutely every bite.

All said….an amazing dining experience. This restaurant has great teamwork. Beautifully prepared and wonderful presentation of food. Very innovative cocktails and choices of wine. Impeccable service.

This was by far the best meal I've eaten in years. It's expensive for Ottawa, but could go for much more in Toronto. It is truly top-class dining and deserves the awards its won since opening. Each dish was spectacular, from the Dijon in the sweet-and-savoury macaron to the crab in the chawanmushi with the dropper of vinegary you add it liven it up. The umami of the sauce on the wild boar agnolotti (mine a gluten-free version that lacked nothing because it was all about the sauce). The sake and fermented garlic with the chaga cake and strega cocktail pairing for dessert. The thought that went into the combination of textures and flavours was phenomenal. There was usually something crispy offset by something creamy or soft, something gently pickled to cut through richness, and and ferments used in a quiet way to enhance not to overwhelm or to show off the fact that they're good at fermenting. And the service. Just so professional. You can watch everything in the open kitchen, but you otherwise don't notice the effort put into timing each plate and service, with brief and informative descriptions of the food wine pairings adapted to how interested you are, to get you back to your friends or family if you're there to celebrate. Amazing pairings too, with a Sicilian red with tannins that kick at the end, and a California red that made so much sense with the dish – high acid and fruit that softened into velvet with the dish. Also, sake pairings where the lack of acidity was a benefit given the mild acidity of the dish already. I was especially impressed with the pairings given how difficult it can be to pair wine with foods with vinegar in them, with vinegar more present in Perch's food than other restaurants (and well used). And there was more enough food. We would have stopped sooner but everything was so delicious. How could we not finish the duck breast?
