Perbacco est un endroit élégant et moderne, tout en étant bien ancré dans le Vieux Monde. Le restaurant a conservé un mur de briques original de l'époque Hind de 1913, ainsi que d'autres éléments, tels que le bar et le carrelage en marbre de Carrara blanc. Avec 16 places au bar et 7 tables plus intimes, Perbacco créé une bonne atmosphère pour un verre de vin ou un repas léger. Perbacco dispose également de 2 salles à manger, l'une au rez-de-chaussée et l'autre, plus petite, sur la mezzanine à l'étage, qui sert également de «théâtre» avec des fenêtres qui donnent sur la cuisine.
Chef Staffan Terje cherche à cuisiner les meilleurs aliments afin de représenter les régions italiennes du Piémont et de la Ligurie. Les salumi, prosciutto et autres charcuteries artisanaux, faits maison, sont à ne pas manquer. Les plats de pâtes de saison, une tradition dans le Piémont, vont des raviolis traditionnelles aux agnolotti plus exotiques. Les plats principaux comprennent la poitrine de caille farcie, une sélection de plats de fruits de mer et des plats végétariens.

                                                      We went during restaurant week and had a very good experience. Our waiter was outstanding, knowledgeable, & personable. He had a great knowledge of barolos and Barbaresco wines as he was from Italy. The food was excellently prepared and the portions were just right. Also not too much salt. The only bad experience was the waitstaff forgot to bring back our doggie bag and we didn’t realize it until we had walked out of the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant dinner.

                                                      Food is delicious as always, I always bring my colleagues there when I’m over and never disappoints. The only issue is that everyone does that! Hahah so is a bit noisy to hold conversation.

                                                      The food was exceptional! We had the salad with buratta and white and green asparagus. The hat shapped pasta with truffles and morel mushrooms was like a taste of Florence. Everything was perfect.

                                                      The environment, food, and service were all excellent. I told my wife that we will have to go back since this experience reminded us of how it should be done and what a good meal in a civilized world should be like. We highly recommend eating here.
