Booked the lounge to celebrate an anniversary with family but we’re not allowed to sit in lounge as they were short staff. We had to sit on some higher stools and table. Food was good but not the setting I was expecting.

Good was BOMB per usual. Seafood fried rice was the perfect mix.

We made reservations and when we arrived the establishment was closed. Another group of customers arrived at the same time with a personal email confirmation from the owner. Obviously this isn't the first or last time this is going to happen as you can read through the comments it's happened to other customers in the past.

The doors were locked … we couldn’t eat here . I was on time and another 2 guests were shut out as well

Food and service is excellent! All out of Snapper, I was disappointed not able to order the dish. Music was inappropriate for dinner need a variety of music. A lot of rap music with vulgar lyrics. Clean restaurant, crab cake sliders were delicious, nice decor, and superb service from hosts. Drinks are good also.

We arrived for our reservation and the doors were locked. There was an illuminated "open" sign in the window, but nobody was inside when we peered through the windows, and there was no response when we knocked on the door. There was also no sign on the window that the restaurant was closed for any sort of emergency. We were disappointed not to be able to dine, but went to the Hull Street pub nearby.

The restaurant is a local small business, but with seating up ,and downstairs. It takes a little while to get your food,but I understand. The food is outstanding, and worth the wait.
