A sensational dining experience. From the moment we walked in we were treated like family and had a tremendous dinner. The food is deserving of Michelin recognition. Chef was very accommodating of food allergies for my wife. They have an extensive wine list and great pairing recommendations. You can’t go wrong with a dinner here if you’re in the area-if you’re staying at the Park Hyatt then it’s a definite must!

Sensational meal, complex, beautifully presented, rich, deep flavours. Good wine by the glass matching. Nice to have chef visit the table.
