Excellent food and service. We had an issue with the very loud music, as it was difficult to understand a conversation. Consequently, we asked to be moved outside, which was provided.

Dear Pellegrino 2000 Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent dining experience at your restaurant on Friday the 4th of October. As a frequent patron, I have always enjoyed the quality of food and service, but my latest visit fell short of expectations. We ordered the Three Tomatoes with Burrata, which would be a very safe conclusion that this would be a vegetarian dish. There was no mention of any traces of shellfish or additional ingredients noted anywhere on the menu. However, upon the first bite, there was a strong seafood taste, making it quite clear that this was not just tomatoes and burrata as stated nor was it a vegetarian/seafood-free dish. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food allergies, which were not noted on the menu. We let our waiter know straight away and receive a new. However, we then gave feedback again after we made payment and was told this was not the only dish that we ordered which had this in. Our feedback was not taken seriously. Despite mentioning this issue to two different staff members on the night, it was not flagged to the wider team, and no amendments have been made to your menu. We were also informed that our pasta dish (Pappardelle, veal & pork ragù) was also made with the fish oil. Both the dishes still appear to be listed as having no seafood traces. This is a serious issue, especially for those who understand the impacts of allergic reactions. I believe that feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope you take this complaint seriously. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues to ensure that future dining experiences Pellegrino 2000 meet the high standards that your patrons expect. I look forward to hearing from you regarding how these concerns will be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
