We absolutely loved our first experience at Pella. We were welcomed by the staff, given a tour of the event space and enjoyed delicious food and drinks. I can’t wait to come back.

First of all, the service was fantastic. Our waitress couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. There was a busser there to constantly take away plates and refill water. Secondly, the food and wine selection were remarkable. The lobster bisque may have been the best I have ever had. It had half-finger size pieces of lobster which literally blew my mind. The wine selection was top notch. There were reasonably priced selections to selections that would make a sommelier blush. Finally, the management was phenomenal. We walked around after dinner to take a look at the rest of the sprawling restaurant. As we were looking at one of the private dining rooms, the manager came to give us a proper tour. He took his time and showed us everything. I especially loved the contents of the wine wall. From the dining experience to the wine selections to the staff, this place was wonderful. It’s a must try.

Atrium seating was extremely loud, but pretty. Over 45 minutes for our first app to arrive. Tables had such large slats that our flatware kept falling through onto the floor. We arrived on time for our 6:45pm reservation for six people (4 adults, 2 kiddos) and didn’t walk out the door until 10:30pm. L-o-n-g evening. Mezze board was tasty and meals were good. Our pita bread was moldy but quickly replaced and they very kindly took 20% off our very large tab. Beautiful setting and really hope this place makes it. Improving service would help.

The venue is beautiful and nicely decorated, however, we went on a Friday night and when ordering the wine from their wine list three different times we were told they were out of that wine. Three different ones! The food was mediocre to say the least. This was the first time we tried this restaurant and will not go there again.

The atmosphere and decor is absolutely gorgeous. But unfortunately the food was very disappointing nothing was good. We had everything from appetizers, dinner and dessert and none of it was good. I went with 3 other women for a birthday celebration and none of them liked it either. The service was great but that wasn’t enough

Service was bad. They took over 30 minutes to bring our drinks. Left menus stacked on the table.

Second time there- great service and food. We sat in the beautiful atrium- they did tell us it was warm and gave us option to sit in the beautiful dining area but we were dressed for warm weather and loved that view!
