The atrium and bar seating has open windows or an opening ceiling which generally would be nice except it was 85 degrees and extremely humid. We were hoping when seated for dinner that it would be comfortably air conditioned, instead they seated everyone in the atrium with the ceiling open. Within about half an hour a storm was moving in. They barely closed the roof within minutes of a downpour. They should consider "outdoor" seating for those who actually want it. It was uncomfortable to eat and be so hot and humid.

Would go back for appetizers and drinks. Baked Goat Cheese dish was amazing! Atrium was gorgeous! Salmon entree was under cooked.

The place looks great and very promising when you walk in. Nice patio area too. However the service and food are less than average. The food completely misses the Mediterranean flavors. The service is terrible and the drinks are all made with high-sugar mixes. Not coming here again.

Very nice looking restaurant however service was inattentive and unacceptably slow. It was at times downright rude. We had been waiting over an hour and I said we’re ready to order. He came by and said, ‘are you ready to order?’ and immediately walked away. At other times we clearly needed something and he’d walk by and quickly say, ‘is everything good?’ and before we could even answer would quickly walk away. Walk away from this restaurant is what I recommend doing. Dinner service should not take 3 hours.

Second time at Pella. The west coast oysters were excellent. The salmon was delicious. And Pella is gorgeous. It would be an excellent venue for a party.

The food, service, and ambiance were excellent! However, it is a little pricey, and the restaurant was pretty empty. The space is beautiful, but too big. You need to get more people in to see this place!

When you walk into Pella Signature you feel like you are on vacation entering a beautiful hotel. The ambiance is beautiful. We ordered a charcutier board and other appetizers for the table. It was delicious! We almost didn't order our dinner as we filled up on the appetizers. But we did and our entrees were delicious as well. Our server is very good and very diligent. We enjoyed it immensely and would definitely return.
