The food was cold for my wife's dish as well as my dish, The lamb shank I had was not seasoned and the Taj Jean is too deep for the serving. No bread offering at the time of the meal and no apple martini drink available. My wife and I are both foodies due to our son being a chef in a 3-star Michelin restaurant. Would we come back, perhaps just me and my elder children for the drinks I/we like.

Truly wanted to love Pella. Been their once before for just drinks & Apps. Yet wanted to have a full dinner and enjoy the full restaurant. First the space is beautiful with a very nice big lounge as you walk in. The have a number of seating options from main dining room to private party seating , to cooks for kitchen watching and finally a large atrium area with another bar area at the end. ALL provide a different experiance that is warm , inviting & hip. The night we came the atrium area was closed so we had dinner tin the main dining area. It was nice , conversation friendly and the table well set. Service was good yet we had to flsag down our waiter to get something done. So now to the food- I must first say Mediterranean/Greek food is not my first go to meal option. For a app we had the variety plate , then Lobster Bisque and for dinner the meat Kabobs and for both me and my partner we thought the food was all OK but nothing hit us as fantastic. For us the food made just a average dining experiance and not a wow to match the space. We found most items to be very bland and lacking that something that added a special taste. My final thought: Go try Pella , enjoy the lounge , try the dinner and maybe it will match your taste likings , may be a good place for a larger group so you can taste & share , lit in the Atrium if its open. You may love it , for us most likely will not try again.

My family and I love Mediterranean food, so this seemed to be the perfect Father’s Day choice but it fell short of expectations. We picked a late lunch/early dinner hour, so the restaurant was not over crowded and there were only a few tables occupied at the time. A friend of mine had been a few months ago, and she said as much as she loved the ambience (and the focaccia) she was disappointed by the food. She is vegetarian, so I just assumed she didn’t have many good choices, since Mediterranean food tends to be meat and seafood heavy. I decided to make our reservation for Father’s Day anyway. The restaurant is beautiful, stunning decor, clean. The greenhouse room is gorgeous but unfortunately no one was dining in it as it was too hot today. We ordered the focaccia and grilled seafood mix to start. The focaccia was delicious, but I must say that some of the calamari pieces were overcooked and rubbery. Three of us ordered the lobster bisque. This arrived with our entrees unfortunately, so we felt a little rushed. The bisque was far too salty. We ate most of it because well, it is a $14 soup. Two guests had ordered the lamb and beef shawarma. I must say that this was probably the most disappointing. The meat was completely dry and overly crisped. Pieces were quite literally crunchy and hard. The potatoes it was served with (contrary to the lobster bisque) had no salt or seasoning. I myself had ordered the wagyu short rib risotto. I had recently had a delicious one at Coopers Hawk next door, and thought this may be better. The risotto was not cooked. There were many grains that were still hard. The short rib also had too much of a certain spice (nutmeg? Cinnamon?) that overwhelmed it. I must say that the tomato base did it more of a disservice . All in all, the food experience was lack luster. While it is an absolutely beautiful venue, there is definitely room for improvement on the food aspect.

Our first time at Pella today for Fathers Day. Our server was Martina and she was beyond amazing.We will go back when she is working. She was kind and attentive. We split a couple things to try and they were not split in the kitchen which we found unusual. Beautiful ambiance.

Pella Signature is a gorgeous restaurant! Love the ambiance and space. It’s truly a masterpiece. The staff worked very hard and continue to learn how to become better and better. The food was great! Love the options and the specialized cuisine. There is nothing typical about this place. If you’re looking for traditional, go somewhere else. Their pricing is for their ambiance and their uniqueness. Fabulous!

The atrium is beautiful but it was really hot so we requested to be moved inside, which meant our server had to be all over since they didn't change servers. That made for slow service and overall not a good experience.
