This is an experience in dining. The food is so fresh and each bite is a delight. Portions are just right. All of the servers are incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients, its preparation and the best wines to pair with each dish. You will not be disappointed!

Delicious food, creative menu and presentation. We enjoyed this experience and it’s something different. The tasting menu is fun and some of the flavors and dishes are truly unique. They aim to have authentic Italian pasta dishes but know going in that as a result the clear focus is pasta - it’s very light on any options involving veggies. I would’ve preferred a salad option to start or a veggie on the side/with the main pasta dish, but regardless can appreciate the food and experience for what it was. And it was all delicious. Excellent wine choices as well.

The entire experience was incredible. We all did the Pelino's Dinner but selected different items, as well as the wine pairings. The food was simply amazing and the wine pairings even better! A couple of our favs were the Caplaz alla Zucca Ferraresi (browned butter squash with sage pasta), the Cacio e Pepe, which they finish tableside in a round of parmesan, the Pistacchio e Burrata and the two desserts of Tiramisu and L'Amicizia Perfetta (amazing olive oil over pistacchio gelator paired with a flourless chocolate cake. Our servers were so well informed, it was a delight to ask a question!

The food was good for the most part. The service was very slow throughout the meal. This would normally have been ok, but there was an issue with the food. Due to the slow service, the food issue wasn't dealt with until 15+ minutes later, long after the rest of the party members had finished that course. I ordered the panna cotta for dessert and it was still mostly frozen when it came out. Even when the waiter finally came back to check on our table, the panna cotta took some effort to cut into with a spoon. Since this was at the end of the meal, and the rest of the table had been finished for some time already, I was not interested in a replacement dessert, I just wanted to leave. Unfortunately, a replacement dessert was all the restaurant staff was willing to offer. They were unwilling to offer any other form of compensation.

The pasta was extremely salty. Terrible. They re-made ours twice -and still soooo salty. It was insane. The manager agreed with us- she made her own plate and agreed 100%….yet they took $14 off our $130 bill after we didn’t eat any of it. We’ve been 5 times before- never like this. Don’t know if we’ll ever return for a $300 bill of which we didn’t even eat our entrée…
