I am writing to express my disappointment with the seafood boil I ordered on [date] to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the meal did not meet my expectations for several reasons. Firstly, the lobster lacked any discernible taste, making it difficult to tell if I was even eating lobster. Additionally, the crab legs portion only included three legs instead of the expected five. When I inquired about this, I was told that the legs probably fell off in the pot, which I find unacceptable. This experience was particularly disheartening as it was meant to be a special birthday celebration. Given the reputation of your restaurant, I was expecting a much higher quality of food and service. The drinks was amazing but this was the worst experience I ever had and if this was the first meal Someone was to have in the UK this surely be rated really terrible I hope you will consider addressing these issues

It was the first time being there, but definitely we will go back again. The restaurant is nice, the food has a good quality and nice big portions and the service was friendly also. Value for the money.

We enjoyed the food. Nice and tasty. The deco of the restaurant a bit boring. They should have a sink to wash the hand. Even though I provide plastic gloves. Some people like to use thier hand like me. So people don’t need to go down stair. PELICAN easy to find 2 mins walk from Baker Street station. Price wise to what we order a bit pricy. But affordable. Staff Need more interaction to customer. Over all we are stuff.

Friendly staff but they need to get the recipe correct. Quantity not the best. We had a good time just being together and Ayesha made it a little special at the end

I just felt really uncomfortable in having to think about giving an opinion of service even before being served a drink… also the music was far too loud… when we were literally the only costumers in.
